The club maintains a repeater, Call Sign N5HR, in the two-meter amateur band.  This open repeater operates on an uplink frequency of 146.38 mhz. and a dowlnlink frequency of 146.98 mhz.  A sub-audible tone of 162.2 is required.  Most modern two-meter FM transceivers with automatic repeater offsets, will only need to be set to 146.98 mhz. to access this Repeater. The location of the repeater is on top of a hill southwest of Kerrville, Texas approximately eight  miles.
